Step 1: Order Confirmation & Processing

Once you place an order for T-Shirts & Tops, Pants & Trousers, or Skirts, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. This email contains your unique order number. Please allow 1–2 business days for your items to be picked, packed, and handed over to our shipping partner.

Step 2: Shipping Confirmation & Tracking Number

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email from [email protected]. This email will include a tracking number and the name of the carrier handling your delivery. Keep this number handy—it is your key to following your order’s journey.

Step 3: Track Your Package Online

You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s official website, or for a more unified experience, we recommend using a reliable third-party tracking service. One of the most trusted platforms is 17TRACK.

To use 17TRACK:

  1. Visit www.17track.net .
  2. Enter your tracking number in the search bar on the homepage.
  3. Click the “Track” button. The system will automatically detect the carrier and display real-time updates, including the current location, transit milestones, and estimated delivery date.

Step 4: What to Do If Tracking Shows No Updates

It is normal for tracking information to take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier. If you see no updates after 3 business days, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Our team will investigate and provide you with the latest status.

Step 5: Delivery & Receiving Your Order

Once your package reaches your local area, the carrier will attempt delivery. If you are not available, they may leave a delivery notice or attempt redelivery. For any issues related to missed deliveries, please refer to the carrier’s instructions on the notice or reach out to us for assistance.
