To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Refund

Since we do not offer a user center, please follow these steps to request a refund:
